About us

Your opinion helps us improve every day! Read some of the reviews left by our students

For the fourth year in a row, my daughter attended a group course, complete with a final “competition!” The instructors we’ve met over the years (Stefano 2022, Maurizio 2023, Roland 2024, and Marco 2025) have been very professional, kind, and friendly. Teams of 7-8 kids allow for focused work. See you in 2026!

We spent this whole week in Andalo, my first experience with this ski school, which I’d say was very positive. I also believe that a lot depends, obviously, on the instructor, on his skill, empathy, and professionalism. That’s why my 5 stars go entirely to Alberto M., who provided wonderful support for my 6-year-old daughter Camilla. She’s improved tremendously, has made great strides, and is now practically independent. I hope he’ll be back next year too. Highly recommended! Thanks Alberto M! My Cami was also struck by your sweetness and kindness! Anna

We had the children take the special weekend course, and everything went smoothly.
The school is well organized, the teachers arrived on time, and the groups had the right number of children, not overcrowded groups like in other schools in Andalo. The teachers were very polite to the parents and excellent at interacting with the children, even the most fearful and teary-eyed ones.
Well done.

My 11-year-old daughter, an intermediate level, took the All Day course (from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) with instructor Romano. She didn’t want to take the group course, but now she can’t wait to get back to skiing. My son, who is 8 years old and a very demanding child, took individual lessons with instructor Valentina S., who, besides being the most wonderful instructor in the world, is truly knowledgeable and patient. I recommend her 100%.

Very kind and knowledgeable instructors. We spent three days in Andalo (from Thursday, March 20th to Saturday, March 22nd). My 8-year-old daughter Flavia, who was starting from scratch, learned to ski after three lessons (two of which were individual lessons with the excellent instructor Matteo T).
She even finished her last individual lesson, last Saturday, by skiing down a red slope with Maestro Matteo T without a single fall. Many thanks to Maestro Matteo T, a true Abruzzese from the beautiful city of L’Aquila, who with his professionalism and passion works miracles!
And congratulations to the entire Andalo ski school, which employs highly professional instructors.

We had the pleasure of taking ski lessons with instructor Federico every morning for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! He helped my child improve tremendously on parallel skis and corrected my mistakes with great professionalism and patience. His explanations were always clear and detailed, making each lesson fun and productive. Today, on the last day, when he said goodbye to us, my child was so attached he almost cried! Federico was truly kind and we will miss him greatly. We hope to see him again on our next vacation in Andalo. Thank you so much, Federico! Cristina and Riccardo

We will respond as soon as possible!

Do you need the equipment rental service?

Yes, even if you are staying in a partner accommodation, we strongly recommend booking in advance, in order to make the check-in process easier upon your arrival in Andalo. If you have any doubts after making the booking, no problem — simply contact the office, which can make changes up until the day before the lesson.

Yes, cancellations are possible until 5:00 p.m. of the day before your lesson. You will receive a refund either as a voucher equal to the amount paid (valid until the end of the season) or via bank transfer, minus a €10 administration fee.

Private lessons cannot be canceled on the same day. For group courses already in progress, refunds are only possible in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate issued locally. The refund will cover only the lessons following the submission of the certificate.

Group courses always start at the RINDOLE beginners’ area. For private lessons, you can choose between the RINDOLE or LAGHET beginners’ area. After the first lesson, it is also possible — upon your instructor’s suggestion — to arrange the meeting point on the slopes (DOSSON, DOSS PELÀ, etc.). Please note that your instructor will likely finish the previous lesson at the beginners’ area and may need a few minutes to reach you.

Just a few steps from the center of Andalo, easily accessible on foot or by SkiBus, with no need to take any lifts. GET DIRECTIONS

On the first day of the course, instructors carry out a short assessment to create groups of similar level. Children who are putting on skis for the very first time will go directly to the magic carpet area to start together with other beginners. Once the selection is completed, each group with its instructor will begin the most suitable learning activities.

Yes, just inform the instructor responsible for the selection on the first day of the course. If they are not at the same level, the child with the higher ability will be placed in the lower-level group.

Groups in the various courses are made up of a maximum of eight children, except for the Biberon Baby Soft course, which allows up to five.

Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions, ski equipment (it’s best to have your helmet and boots already on), skipass, and — if the group course includes lunch that day — the meal voucher.

No, the skipass is not included in the price of either group courses or private lessons.

There are different types of skipasses depending on the activities you would like to enjoy outside of your lessons. You can find all the information you need at www.paganella.net

No, equipment is not included. You can rent it from our partner shop Sportlifee-Rindole, where our clients always receive a 10% discount. Book directly on www.noleggioandalo.it

For children who are complete beginners or who have always skied without poles, we recommend not renting them for the first day of the course. The instructor will let you know when the children have reached the right level to start using them. Those who are already used to skiing with poles can bring them from the very first day.

Yes, starting this season helmets are mandatory for everyone.

No, lunch is not included. For the days when lunch is scheduled (All Day every day, Special for Kids every Wednesday after Epiphany), you will need to purchase a meal voucher (€14 each). Vouchers can be obtained at our hut in the Rindole beginners’ area, at our main office in Piazzale Paganella 1b, or directly through your hotel.

Since your instructor may be finishing another lesson just before yours, arriving about ten minutes in advance is more than enough. We recommend having your skipass and all equipment ready, so you can start the lesson right away.

From Epiphany onwards, the race is held every Thursday during the course. It takes place at the Rindole beginners’ area, where a special course is set up during lesson time. On Friday at 4:15 p.m., the award ceremony takes place in Piazzale Dolomiti, in the center of Andalo.

Yes, our instructors carry out both private and group lessons even in bad weather. Lessons are canceled (and possibly rescheduled or refunded) only if the lifts are closed for safety reasons, which can happen in the event of strong winds. It may be useful to bring a rain poncho, available in all sports shops in the center of Andalo and at rental shops.

To check whether the lifts are open and to see the weather conditions at higher altitudes, please visit the official website.
CHECK THE WEBCAMS

The Asilo Neve service is available for children from 3 years of age who are no longer in diapers. It is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The facility is not equipped to prepare meals or snacks, but the staff will be happy to let children enjoy any food brought from home.
